| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺导管空肠造口术(NCJ)肠内营养在胃癌手术中的应用效果。方法 66例胃癌手术患，其中40例行全胃切除术、26例行近端胃大部切除术；术中附加NCJ，术后给予肠内营养支持。结果 肠内营养支持术后血清白蛋白和前白蛋白水平明显高于术前，手术前、后谷氨酰转肽酶和总胆红素差异无显性。结论 NCJ肠内营养适合胃癌手术后营养治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of enteral nutrition via needle-catheter jejunostomy (NCJ)in the stomach cancer patients after gastrectomy .Methods 66patients administered postoperative enteral nutrition via NCJ after total or proximal subtotal gastrectomy .Results The postoperative plasma albumim and prealbumin under enteral nutrition support were significantly higher than the preoperative values.The glutamyl transpeptidase and the total bilirubin were found of no significant difference before and after enteral nutrition administration.Conclusions NCJ was suitable for enteral nutrition administration after gastrectomy in the stomach cancer patients. |
