| 摘 要： | 目的:比较以糖醋和腐鱼为诱饵的诱蝇笼捕蝇效果。方法:现场试验。结果:腐鱼诱饵的诱蝇数量多于糖醋诱饵(P<0.05),前者主要诱集绿蝇和金蝇,后者主要是家蝇和绿蝇。首只苍蝇进入以腐鱼和糖醋为诱饵的诱蝇笼时间分别为2分钟和39分钟,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:以腐鱼为诱饵的诱蝇笼诱蝇效果好于糖醋诱饵,建议在蝇密度监测时采用混合诱饵。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the efficacy of catching flies by fly traps with brown sugar-vinegar and canker fish as baits.Methods: Test in field.Results: The amount of caught flies with brown sugar-vinegar was much larger than with canker fish as baits(P<0.05).The former dominantly caught Genus Chrysomya and Lucilia,while the later caught Genus Musca and Lucilia.The time of the first fly entering into the fly traps with canker fish and brown sugar-vinegar as baits was 2 min and 39 min,respectively,and there is more significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion: The efficacy of catching flies by fly trap with canker fish as baits was better than with brown sugar-vinegar.We suggest that mixed bait be adopted in the surveillance of fly population. |
