基层妇联开展结核病健康促进提高居民结防知识知晓水平研究

目的了解农村居民在结核病健康促进干预措施前后,对结防知识知晓情况的变化,为健康促进策略实施提供科学依据。方法在妇联干部对一定区域内的农村居民开展面对面结核病健康促进干预前后分别对干预群体随机抽取的对象进行现场特定结防知识问卷调查,比较其总体结防知识知晓率。结果通过调查,干预实施前后,居民结防知识总体知晓率分别为61.14%和84.84%,经统计学处理,存在显著性差异(p<0.01),干预后居民知晓率与其职业、文化程度无关(p>0.05)。结论在农村实施结核病健康促进干预措施提高农村居民结防知识知晓水平行之有效。

Stady of Promoting Awareness Rate of Tuberculosis Knowledge among General Population by Implementing Health Education Cooperation with the Woman' Federation

Objective To find the change of the awareness level of tuberculosis knowledge among general population by implementing health education in coopreation with the numbers of the Woman' Federation . Methods To investigate the total awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among general population before and after the intervention of implementing health education .Results The awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among general population before and after the intervention was 61.14 and 84.84 percent respectively. There was very significant defferents among them, but it was nothing to do with profession and age and culture level of general population.Conclusion This method of intervention of propaganda was very effect to promote the awareness level of tuberculosis knowledge among general population.
