高龄患者拔牙术中的危险因素分析及护理干预

目的探讨高龄患者拔牙术中的危险因素及护理干预措施。方法对324例需行拔牙的70岁以上的高龄患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各162例。对照组患者按口腔科常规拔牙方法进行,观察组患者先行全面评估其危险因素,有针对性地采取适当的护理干预措施,包括术前心理护理,术中配合指导,术后护理干预等,以评价其拔牙效果。结果观察组162例患者拔牙手术顺利,术中无一例大出血、手术意外及其他严重并发症发生,而对照组有3例发生出血较多而进行了局部加压、缝合止血,2例牙龈损伤,1例术中晕厥反应,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论对高龄拔牙患者,加强护患沟通,建立良好的护患关系,正确评估患者状况,采取适当的护理干预措施,能有效提高高龄患者的合作程度,减少手术创伤及并发症的发生。

Risk factors and nursing intervention of tooth extraction surgery in elderly patients

Objective To explore the risk factors and nursing interventions of tooth extraction surgery in elderly patients.Methods 324 patients were divides into observation group and control group.The control group was extracted teeth with routine methods.The observation group was was extracted teeth with evaluating the dangerous factors,interference nursing methods and psychological care.The effect was observed.Results There were 162 cases of tooth extraction surgery in elderly patients without bleeding,surgical accidents and other serious complications.Conclusion Strengthening the nurse-patient communication and establishing a good nurse-patient relationship,correcting assessment of patient status and taking appropriate care interventions can effectively improve the level of cooperation between patients,reduce surgical trauma and complication and contribute to the successful completion of tooth extraction surgery.
