CIK细胞治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的临床观察

目的观察细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞（CIK）胸腹腔内灌注治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的临床疗效。方法将46例恶性胸腹腔积液患者随机分为2组，对照组（化疗药物灌注）：顺铂60mg＋地塞米松5mg，每3d1次；试验组（CIK细胞灌注）：CIK细胞每次2—5×1010个，每天1次，连续灌注3d。结果恶性胸腹腔积液缓解率试验组高于对照组（P〈0．01），毒副反应试验组少于对照组（P〈0．01），患者的生活质量改善试验组优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论CIK细胞胸腹腔内灌注治疗恶性胸腹腔积液疗效确切，且安全性好。

Clinical Study of Cytokine-induced Killer Cells in the Treatment of Malignant Pleura Fluid and Ascites

Objective To approach the curative effect of cytokine-induced killer （CIK） cells splanchnocoel per- fusion in the treatment of malignant pleura fluid and ascites. Methods The 46 patients with malignant pleura fluid and ascites were divided into 2 groups ： 23 cases of the control group was infused eisplatin 30 mg and dexamethasone 5 mg every 3 days; 23 cases of the experimental group was infused 2-5 ×1010 CIK cells everyday in all the 3 days. Results The remission rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the toxicities of the experimental group were less than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion CIK ceils splanchnocoel per- fusion is safe and effective for malignant pleura fluid and ascites.
