改良式前外侧切口在肺癌手术中的临床效果

目的探讨改良式前外侧切口在肺癌手术中的临床效果。方法60例肺癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，观察组采用改良式前外侧切口入路，对照组采用后外侧切口入路，比较观察2组患者术中出血量、住院时间以及术后疼痛等情况。结果观察组术后VAs疼痛评分为（5．2±3．3）分，对照组为（7．3±2．2）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组术中出血量、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论改良式前外侧切口入路是肺癌手术较为理想的入胸方式，可有效减轻患者的术后疼痛，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Effect of Modified Anterolateral Incision in the Lung Cancer Surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified anterolateral incision in the lung cancer surgery. Methods Sixty patients with lung cancer surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,30 patients of the observation group adopted the modified anterolateral incision operative approach ,30 patients of the control group adopted posterolateral incision operative approach, the intraoperative bleeding, the length of stay and postoperative pain were observed comparatively. Results The postoperative VAS pain score of the observation group was （5.2 ± 3.3 ）, and was （ 7.3 ± 2.2） of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no differ- ence in the intraoperative bleeding, the length of stay between the observation group and the control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Modified anterolateral incision operative approach is an ideal operative approach for lung canc- er surgery, and can effectively reduce the postoperative pain.
