| 摘 要： | 目的]合成2-1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸乙酯及其衍生物,并探讨其对小鼠记忆力的影响.方法]以2-乙基吡啶为原料,经过Whol-Ziegler反应、Wiliamson反应及酯化反应等得到2-1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸酯(3~6);采用水迷宫法检测2-1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸-2-二甲氨基乙酯盐酸盐对小鼠记忆力的影响.结果]大、小剂量2-1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸2-甲氨基乙酯盐酸盐组小鼠错误次数及到达时间与乙醇对照组比较明显减少,相比较有显著性差异.结论]2-1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸2-甲氨基乙酯盐酸盐具有促进小鼠记忆力的作用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To synthesize the ethyl 2-1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethoxy] acetate and 3～6 of derivant as well as its effects for ability of memory in mice.METHODS The compounds were prepared using 2-ethylpyridine,through Whol-Ziegler reaction,and Williamson reaction and esterification.Memory facilitation in mice was studied by swimming maze test.RESULTS The mistake frequency and arrival time in mice with large and small dose of 2-dimethylamino ethyl 2-1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethoxy]acetate hydrochloride were significantly decrease as compared with alcohol group,and there were significant differents between two groups.CONCLUSION 2-dimethylamino ethyl 2-1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethoxy]acetate hydrochloride has memory facilitation in mice. |
