癔症性精神障碍与癫癎性精神障碍临床及脑电图对照分析

目的：观察癔症性精神障碍与癫痫性精神障碍的临床及脑电图特点并对照分析。方法：采用日本光电5214脑电图系统，按照国际10～20系统标准放置电极，进行单极双极、过度换气、闪光试验测试的描记方法检查脑电图。结果：两组病人各30例，癔症性精神障碍组边缘状态2例，轻度异常2例，中度异常及重度异常无1人。而癫痫性精神障碍组边缘状态10例，轻度异常4例，中度异常及重度异常共12例。结论：虽然两组临床发作相似，但有明显差异，癫痫性精神障碍组EEG阳性率明显升高，疗效差。癔症性精神障碍组EEG无一例中度异常或重度异常，治疗效果好。

COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL AND ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS BETWEEN HYSTERICAL MENTAL DISORDER AND EPILEPTIC MENTAL DISORDER

Objective:To compare and analyse the clinical and EEG characters of patients with mental disorder and patients with epileptic mental diserder. Methods: The Japanese photo electrical EEG system was adopted and the electrodes wea installed with the international 10 - 20 systematic standards. The recording measures of monopolar and bipolar, hyperventilation and flash test were carried out. Results: each control group has 30cases, There were marginal statue 2 cases, slight abnormal 1 case,median severe level abmormal none case in hysterical mental disorders group, However, in epileptic mental disorders group,there were marginal statue 10 cases. Slight abnormal 4 cases, median -severe abnormal 12 case. Conclusion:The clinical episode of the two groups in similar, but them still exit significant discrepancy. The positive results of EEG in patients with epileptic mental disorder is obviously higher and the therapeutical result is poor. But in hysterical mental disorders group, there is not median - severe abnormal case and the outcomes of treatment is optitmal.
