地氯雷他定联合转移因子口服治疗慢性荨麻疹30例疗效观察

目的：探讨地氯雷他定联合转移因子口服治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法：治疗组应用地氯雷他定联合转移因子口服治疗慢性荨麻疹30例，与20例单独应用地氯雷他定口服治疗的慢性荨麻疹作对照。结果：治疗组有效率为83．33％，对照组有效率为55％，两组总有效率经X^2检验，有显著性差异（X^2=4．778，P〈0．05）。结论：地氯雷他定联合转移因子口服治疗慢性荨麻疹确切有效，安全性好。

Efficacy and Safety of Desloratadine Tablets and P-Transfer Factor for Oral in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of Desloratadine Tablets and P - Transfer factor for oral in the treatment of Chronic urticaria. Methods： 30 patients with Chronic urticaria were asked to take Desloratadine Tablets 10mg qd and P - Transfer factor for oral 10 mg qd 4 weeks. Another 20 patients with Chronic urticaria served as the control by take Desloratadine Tablets 10mg qd only. Results： There existed statistical difference between the total effective rate of two groups （X^2 = 4. 778, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The union of Desloratadine Tablets and P - Transfer factor for oral is a topical mediation with good effect and safety for Chronic urticaria.
