LMWH对烧伤创面微循环影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的  研究低分子肝素对烧伤创面微循环的影响。方法 通过复制豚鼠深II度烫伤模型 ,采用印度墨汁灌注的方法 ,在光镜下观察实验组和对照组烫伤后不同时相段创面印度墨汁充盈灌注情况。结果 豚鼠深II度烫伤后 ,随着时间延长创面真皮进行性缺血 ,创面加深 ,且与烫伤后皮肤微循环中微血栓形成时血流停止有关。实验组印度墨汁充盈度增加 ,与对照组比较伤后 0h无差异性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,6h有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 2 ) ,12h、2 4h、48h、72h各时相均有极显著差异性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 低分子肝素能有效地改善豚鼠深II度烫伤后早期创面的微循环。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of LMWH on microcirculation of deep partial-thickness burn wounds. Methods India ink perfusion was employed to study the effect of LMWH on the deep partial-thickness burns modeled on guinea pig skin. Results As the time went on, the corium of burned wound in postburn guinea pigs was found in further lack of blood so that thrombus formed with deepened burn wounds, while in the test group of LMWH, blood of burn wounds was significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion LMWH could prevent the progressive dermal ischemia of postburn stasis zone, thus conducive to wound healing.
