137例肾病舌象的动态观察

目的 :长程观察一组肾病舌象以探讨舌诊规律。方法 :定时记录 137例肾病舌象及病情变化并加以统计分析。结果 :入院舌质过淡者 39例 ,其中肾功能不良 2 2例占 5 6 4 %。其他为水肿、贫血。舌色转变与病情相符者 10 2例 ,符合率 74 4 %。齿印舌 5 7例为水肿、肾衰或急性期病例。齿印下方舌质淡白的 10例全部为尿毒症。舌苔黄白变化无常者占 70 %。舌苔厚薄与病情变化相符者 82 %。在 2 3例中 ,重度肾衰病例中舌边横纹异常模糊的 17例 ,符合率 81%。结论 :肾病舌诊中舌质红淡、舌苔厚薄 ,齿印下舌色及舌边条纹的诊断观察价值高 ,苔色黄白的分辨意义不大。

Subsequent Observation of Tongue in 137 Kidney Disease Patients

Objective:Study tongue changes continuously in a group of kidney disease patients to find the diagnostic significance from tongue. Methods:Changes of tongue and variation of disease of 137 cases were recorded in different time. Regulation were analysed as a whole. Results: As admitted, pale tongue was found in 39 cases, including 22 cases of kidney function deficiency (56 4%). The rest 17 cases were edema and anemia. Colour of tongue was consistent with the condition of disease in 102 cases. The consistent rate was 74 4%. 57 cases of indented tongue were edema, kidney function difficiency and acute nephritis. 10 cases of pale tongue below indented margin were uraemia, the others were all consistent with total colour chage of tongue. The percentage of constant change of yellow coated tolngue and white coated tongue was 70%. The rate of thickness of coated tongue consistent with variation of disease was 82%. In 23 hypernitremia patients, serious blurring stripped tongue margin was in 19 cases with the 82 6% consistent rate. Results: The diagnostic value of red tongue, pale tongue, thickness of coated tongue, indented tongue and stripped tongue is high in kidney disease. No significant value is in yellow tongue and white tongue.
