| 摘 要： | ＣＯＵＬＴＥＲ ＳＴＫＳ－２Ｂ全自动血细胞分析仪测定血液中的网织红细胞，并与国际血液标准化委员会（ＩＣＳＨ）所推荐的网织红细胞活体染色目测计数法－Ｍｉｌｌｅｒ窥盘法进行比较，ｒ＝０．９４，ｔ检验Ｐ〉０．０５，差异无显著意义，批内平均ＣＶ＝８．３３％，批间平均ＣＶ＝１１．３１％。结果表明血细胞分檄仪法测定网织红细胞具有准确度、精密度高、检测速度快的特点，尤其适合大批标本的快速测定。同时操作简便、标本

| Abstract: | Reticulocyte counting was assessed on the coulter STKS-2B automated blood cell counter. The re-sults were compared with Miller's method which was recommended by International Committee for standardiza-tion in Haematology (ICSH). The correlation coefficient between Miller's method and automated blood cell counter was r=0. 94 (P>0. 05). CV was 8. 33% for intra-run, CV was 11. 31% for inter-run. The results indicated that reticulocyte counting method by using automated blood cell counter has a good accuracy and preci-sion and rapid accessing. It can be applied rapid accessing of batch sample. It is convenient to manipulate and the sample using is less and reduce men-made error. It is an idealistic method to count reticulocyte. |
