摘    要:目的 探讨空气模拟潜水对大鼠血浆应激激素的影响。方法 分别以 10 0kPa和 70 0kPa空气处理大鼠 ,每次 60min ,每天 2次。于暴露第 1、3、5次后断头取血。分别用放免及酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定血浆促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)及皮质酮含量。结果 经 10 0kPa和 70 0kPa空气处理 1次后 ,大鼠血浆两激素含量均显著高于正常参考值 (P<0 0 1) ;第 3次暴露后两者含量降低 (P <0 0 1) ;第 5次后两激素血浆浓度仍维持在正常水平。结论 空气模拟潜水对大鼠是应激刺激 ,但很快能适应 ;高气压本身不是引起应激的主要因素

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of air divi ng on plasma stress hormone levels in rats. Methods Rats were tre ated with 100 kPa or 700 kPa air for 60 minutes and twice a day. Peripheral bloo d wa s sampled after decapitation following the 1st, 3rd or 5th treatment. Plasma l evels of ACTH and corticosterone were measured using radioimmunoassay and ELISA, respectively. Results There was a significant increase in th e plasma levels of ACTH and corticosterone after the 1st treatment ( P <0 01). The levels returned to normal after the 3rd treatment ( P <0 01) and remaine d normal after the 5th treatment in both 100 kPa and 700 kPa groups. Con clusion In simulated air diving, rats suffered stress but adaptation ra pidly occurred. Hyperbaria itself was not an underlying contributor to stress.
