医学高职高专教育课程体系的现状分析

摘    要:本文分析了我国医学教育中高职高专和本科临床医学、护理学、药学3个专业的课程计划.结果显示,3个专业高职高专的学期平均学时高于本科,高职高专学生的学习负担明显高于同类专业本科学生;高职高专的公共课程、专业基础课程、专业课程之间的比例关系与本科之间差距不明显;高职高专与本科的理论教学时数与实践教学时数比例在护理学和药学专业差别不大,在临床医学专业高职高专甚至低于本科;高职高专开设的课程基本上与本科一致,实践教学基本上是由理论课程的实验课和毕业实习共同构成的,相对单薄和单一.因此,医学高职高专教育课程体系没有体现高职高专教育的特点,也没有形成有利于学生职业技能培养的实践教学体系.

Abstract:In this article,we analyzel courses system of three main majors of higher medical vocational education and undergraduate,medicine,nursing and pharmacy.The results showed that the average of semester hours in higher medical vocational education is higher than in undergraduate,the burden on students of higher medical vocational educations is obviously higher than that of similar undergraduate;no obvious gap is in the proportion of the public course,the professional basic courses,professional courses between higher medical vocational education and undergraduate;the ratio of lecture and practice of school hours is little difference in nursing and pharmacy between higher medical vocational education and undergraduate,practice hours of clinical medicine is even lower than that of the undergraduate;higher medical vocational education opened with the basic undergraduate curriculum in line;the practice teaching is composed of the experimental courses and graduate practice,etc.So we think that the course system does not reflect the characteristics of higher medical vocational education,while no form is conducive to the students' vocational skills training practice teaching system.
