| 摘 要： | 目的比较绝经前后子宫内膜癌的临床与病理特点。方法将中山大学附属第三医院经手术病理确诊的42例子宫内膜癌患者分为绝经期组21例与未绝经组21例,对两组患者的临床与病理特点进行比较分析。结果两组患者合并高血压的发生率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病理类型、病理分化、病理分期、肌层浸润、宫颈浸润间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论绝经与未绝经的子宫内膜癌患者在病理分化、病理分期、病理类型等方面无差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical character of endometrial carcinoma in premenopausal patients and postmenopausal patients.Methods The clinical character of 42 cases with endomtrial carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Of them,21 were in premenopausal group and 21 in postmenopausal group.Results Except age and associated with hypertension,there was no significant difference in histological,type,grade,FIGO stage and the depth of myometrial invasion between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference in histological,type,grade,FIGO stage and the depth of myometrial invasion between the two groups. |
