| 摘 要： | 广西30例2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者、26例糖调节受损（IGR）患者和30例糖耐量正常（NGT）者的研究显示，T2DM组的血清抵抗素和纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1（PAI-1）水平明显高于IGR和NGT组。IGR组的PAI-1和瘦素水平明显高于NGT组。T2DM组的瘦素水平高于NGT组。胰岛素抵抗指数与瘦素、TG、PAI-1水平正相关。

| Abstract: | In the study of T2DM(n=30),IGR(n=26) and NGT(n=30) cases in Guangxi Province,T2DM had higher resistin and PAI-1 levels than did the groups of IGR and NGT(P<0.05).IGR had higher levels of PAI-1 and leptin than NGT(P<0.05).Leptin level of T2DM was higher than that of NGT(P<0.05).Insulin resistance index was positively correlated with leptin,TG and PAI-1 levels(P<0.05). |
