| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗弥漫增生型狼疮肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将93例弥漫增生型狼疮肾炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组49例,予中西医结合治疗;对照组44例,予单纯西医治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.8％,显著优于对照组81.8％(P<0.05),而且药物的副作用及复发率均显著低于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗弥漫增生型狼疮肾炎优于单纯西医治疗,并可减少药物的副作用和降低复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative efficacy of treatment with integrated Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Western medicine for patients with diffuse proliferative Lupus Nephritis. Methods:Ninety- three cases of diffuse proliferative Lupus Nephritis randomly divided into two groups. Forty - nine cases were treated with integrated TCM and Western medicine(therapy group). Forty - four cases were treated with Western medicine (control group). Results: The effi-ciency(93.8% ) in therapy group was significantly higher than that (81.8% ) in control group(P<0.05). The side effects of the drug and relapse rate were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01, P<0.05 respectively). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of integrated TCM and Western medicine on diffuse proliferative Lupus Nephritis is better than that of western medicine alone. |
