意外跌倒危险因素评估在无陪伴病房的应用

为保证无陪伴病房住院患者安全，寻找有效护理方法降低意外跌倒的发生，分析住院现状特点，自制住院患者意外跌倒危险因素评估体系，对6219例患者进行评估筛查出1244例高危患者，建立高危人群管理制度和特殊护理措施，减少了住院患者意外跌伤的发生。

Apply of risk factors evaluation of unexpected falls in non-family attendants wards

In order to ensure the safety of hospitalized patients who are without family attendants, discover efficient nursing methods to decrease the occurrence of unexpected falls, analyze the feature of inpatient situation, and we made a system to as- sess the risk factors of inpatients unexpected falls, then evaluated 6219 patients, and selected 1244 patients who were in high risks. After analysis, we set up the management of patients who were in high risks and gave them special nursing measures. Through these series of efforts, the occurrence of unexpected falls have decreased in our hospital.
