| 摘 要： | 原发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤是一种较罕见的中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,不向中枢神经系统轴以外播散,生物学行为具有侵袭性,病理形态存在异质性,临床无典型性,影像表现多样性,实验室检查无特异性,依靠病理免疫组化及分子生物学方可确诊。对手术切除分歧较大,虽然对放射及化学药物治疗敏感,但缺乏共识方案,较全身及其他部位淋巴瘤预后差。
