再狭窄内膜增殖基因治疗

摘    要:内膜增殖是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后再狭窄的主要原因,包括中膜血管平滑肌细胞表型转化、增殖、迁移至内膜并合成大量的细胞外基质。内膜增殖基因治疗为预防再狭窄开创了一个崭新的途径。现就这一方面的研究结果作一综述。

Abstract:Intimal proliferation is a leading cause of restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention.Phenotypical modulation,proliferation,migration of vascular smooth muscle cell from the media to the intima bordering the lumen and formation of extracellular matrix are involved in the process of intimal proliferation.Gene therapy of intimal proliferation is a most promising new tactic for preventing restenosis following percutaneous coronary intervention.This paper will review study results in this field.
