氟在尿路结石形成中的作用

摘    要:在0.5mol/LHClO4介质中,采用氟离子选择电极测定了尿路结石中的微量氟。26例尿结石的氟含量(x±s)为1532±1944μg/w(n=26)。结果表明:氟对尿路结石的形成有促进作用,对不同部位的尿路结石的形成,其影响也不同。文章对氟促进尿路结石形成的机理进行了分析。

Abstract:Trace fluoride in the calculus in the urinary tract was determined in 0 5 mol/L HClO 4 with the fluorine ion selective electrode.The fluorine content ( ±s ) in calculuses analysed was 1 532±1 944 μg/g ( n =26).It is indicated that the formation of the calculuses in the urinary tract is promoted by fluoride, and the influence of fluoride varies in the formation of the calculuses in the different parts.This paper analyses the mechanisms of the formation of the calculuses promoted by fluoride.
