| 摘 要： | 目的研究探讨在支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的作用,进一步探讨其临床应用的可能性,观察其疗效及其在综合治疗中的地位。方法 选择性或超选择性肺癌供血之支气管动脉插管。经导管输入药物进行灌注化疗。结果 在统计的进行支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期肺癌68例之中。其疗效评价标准分为完全缓解,部分缓解和无效,完全缓解为35％,部分缓解为39％,总有效率为74％,三年生存率为55％。对照组为仅进行全身化疗的肺癌患者,总有效率为68％,三年生存率为45％。二者间存在差异(P<0.01)。结论 支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期肺癌,疗效确切,是综合冶疗肺癌的一个重要手段。

Methods Choose or super choose pulmonary carcinoma arterial catheterizated perfusion the medicine. Result In the 68 cases with Bronchus arterial chemoembolization cure advenced Stagy of pulmonary carcinoma,the entirely cure was 35 percent , part was 39 percent, the total of validity was 74percent .three-year survinal rate 61 percent. The contrast only chenoembolization, the total rate of 58 percent. There was a difference(P<0.01). Conclusion It was a perfect remedy with Bronchus Arterial chemoembolization cured Moderate and Advenced Stagy of pulmonary carcinoma and a significant.</td>
