摘    要:目的优化栀子苷的提取工艺。方法运用正交设计优选提取工艺,以高效液相色谱法测定栀子苷含量。结果优化后的提取条件为70%乙醇,8倍量体积,回流提取3次,每次2h,提取物中栀子苷的含量较高。结论优化的提取工艺简便、合理,为栀子提取物的制备提供了一定的理论参考依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Jasminoidin in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. METHODS Orthognnal design was used to optimize the extraction technology and HPLC was used to determine the content of Jasminoidin. RESULTS The optimum extraction condition was obtained as follows:the concentration of alcohol was 70% ,with volumes, the recirculation time was 2h, with extraction for 3 times. CONCLUSION The optimized procedure is convenient and reasonable,which can provideabasit theory for the preparation of Jasmine extract.
