疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效分析

目的：探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效.方法：回顾分析2006年5月-2012年8月应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的1 78例各类腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,分析患者的手术时间、伤口疼痛、术后恢复情况以及并发症发生率和复发率.结果：手术时间30）～80 min,平均45 min;术后住院时间5～8 d,平均6.5d;术后发生尿潴留16例,阴囊水肿7例;无切口感染、发热发生;术后随访6～24个月,无疝复发.结论：疝环充填式无张力疝修补术操作简单、疗效确切、术后复发率低,是治疗腹股沟疝的理想术式.

Clinical Analysis of Mesh Plug Tension-Free Inguinal Hernioplasty in the Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of mesh plug tension-free inguinal hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods：The clinical datum of 178 patients with different types of inguinal hernia treated with mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty from May 2006 to Aug 20t 2 were analyzed retrospectively.The operation time,postoperative pain,recovery,complications and recurrence rate were analyzed.Results：The operation time was 30-80 min with an average of 45 min.The hospital stay was 5 to 8 d with an average of 6.5 d.Urine retention occurred in 16 cases; hematoma of scrotum occurred in 7 cases; no wound infection and fever was found.All of the cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months.Recurrent hernias were not observed.Conclusions：Mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty is a simple technique with definite efficacy and low recurrence rate.It is the ideal operation method in the treatment of inguinal hernia.
