地佐辛联合右美托咪定用于正颌外科术后镇静的安全性及疗效

目的：探讨地佐辛联合右美托咪定用于正颌外科术后留置鼻插管患者的镇静的有效性和安全性.方法：选择60例正颌外科术后患者,随机分为右美托咪定组（对照组）和地佐辛联合右美托咪定组（联合组）,每组30例,比较镇静前后两组患者不同时间点的平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）、呼吸频率（RR）、脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）及不同时段的右美托咪定用量.结果：联合组镇静后12、24 h的HR均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,联合组镇静后6、12 h的MAP均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,联合组右美托咪定的时段用量于0.5～1 h和1～6 h低于对照组（P＜0.05）.两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：地佐辛联合右美托咪定用于正颌外科术后留置鼻插管患者的镇静安全、有效,能减少右美托咪定的用量、降低不良反应发生率.

Efficacy and Safety of Dezocine Combined with Dexmedetomidine in Sedation after Orthognathic Surgery

Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of dezocine combined with dexmedetomidine in sedation of postoperative patients with tracheal tubes after orthognathic surgery.Methods：Sixty postoperative patients undergoing orthognathic surgery were enrolled and randomized into dexmedetomidine group （control group） and dezocine combined with dexmedetomidine group （combination group） with 30 cases in each group.The heart rate （HR）,mean arterial pressure （MAP）,respiratory rate （RR）,pulse oxygen saturation （SpO2） and the dose of dexmedetomidine in different periods were compared between the two groups.Results：HR at 12 h and 24 h in the combination group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P＜ 0.05）.MAP at 6 h and 12 h in the combination group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P＜0.05）.The amounts of dexmedetomidine in the combination group during 0.5-1 h and 1-6 h time periods were lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05）.The adverse reaction rate showed no significant difference between the two groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusions：Dezocine combined with dexmedetomidine is safe and effective for sedation in postoperative patients undergoing orthognathic surgery,which can reduce the dose of dexmedetomidine and rate of adverse reaction.
