二甲双胍不同联合用药方案治疗2型糖尿病的成本-效果分析

目的对比分析二甲双胍不同联合用药方案之间的成本．效果。方法总结在我院治疗的2型糖尿病患者78例资料，按照患者用药种类不同进行分组：选用二甲双胍联合吡格列酮、门冬胰岛素治疗的20例资料为治疗一组，选用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖、诺和灵治疗的22例为治疗二组，选用二甲双胍联合罗格列酮、诺和灵治疗的24例为治疗三组，治疗后按照文章疗效标准进行统计并比较组间差异性，最后用药物经济学原理比较各方案成本．效果。结果统计学检验结果表明3组疗效结果组闻差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），治疗一组成本明显低于另外两组（P〈0．05），C／E值为4-10．8。结论3组用药方案在治疗2型糖尿病患者方面均具有满意临床疗效，但从药物经济学角度来说，治疗一组用药方案为最佳选择。

Metformin in combination with different dosing regimens,cost-effective- ness analysis

OBJECTIVE To contrast analysis of metformin in combination with different drugs between cost-effectiveness. METHODS To summarize the treated in our hospital in type 2 diabetic patients 78 cases, according to the patients＇ medication types were grouped： selection of mefformin, pioglitazone insulin aspart treatment data of 20 cases for the treatment group, selection of metformin combined with acarbose, injection therapy for 22 cases of treat- ment group two, selection of mefformin combined with rosiglitazone, Novolin treatment of 24 cases of treatment group after treatment for three, according to the standards of efficacy were compared between group differences, finally with medicaments economics principle the cost-effectiveness. RESULTS the statistical test results showed that the cura- tive effect of the three groups results between the groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, treatment group was significantly lower than the cost in the other two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）, C/E 410. 8. CONCLUSION The three groups therapeutic schemes in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients are satisfied with the clinical efficacy, but from the perspective of pharmacoeconomics, treatment of a group of medication regimens for optimal selection.
