槐白皮对机体免疫功能影响的研究

目的 :研究槐白皮对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用体内植物血凝素诱导淋巴细胞转化实验、MΦ吞噬功能测定、MΦ rc花环实验及 EA花环实验。结果 :槐白皮可使小鼠细胞免疫功能明显增强 ,显著提高 MΦ吞噬能力 ,对 MΦ形成 rc花环及 EA花环能力也有明显增强作用。槐白皮通过增加 T淋巴细胞转化率、MΦ吞噬活性来增强机体的免疫功能。结论 :槐白皮在抗病毒、抗肿瘤及免疫调节中具有重要应用价值

Study of effects of sophora japonical on immunologic function

Objective:To study the effects of sophora japonical on immuno logic function Methods:We adopted following approaches as lectin induced lymphocyte transformation test in vivo Macrophagic phagocytosis assay and macrophagic rc rosette test Results:Sophora japonical increases cell mediated immunity and MΦ phagocytosis function remarkably in mice,enhances the ability of MΦ rc rosette and EA rosette formation absolutely Conclusion:Sophora japonical enhances immunologic function by increasing T lymphocyte transformation rate and MΦ phagocytic Results:It is important in wide spectrum against bacteria,parasites and virus,in coversing inflammation,ache and tumor,and in immunologic regulation
