等渗与低渗盐水防治造影剂肾病的效果比较

目的比较等渗（0．9％氯化钠水溶液）与低渗（0．45％氯化钠水溶液）盐水对心脏介入术所导致的造影剂肾病（CIN）的防治效果。方法将184例接受心脏介入术的患者随机分为A、B两组，于术前12h至术后12h分别静脉滴注低渗与等渗盐水，观察两组造影剂肾病的发病例数、术前1d、术后24、48h及第7d血清肌酐（SCr）、肌酐清除率（CCr）的变化，记录造影剂的用量。结果B组（等渗）较A组（低渗）CIN的发生例数明显减少，无合并症的患者无一例发生CIN，有单一合并症者两组间CIN发生率无统计学差异。结论为防治心脏介入诊疗术中造影剂肾病（CIN）的发生，在围手术期应用等渗盐水较低渗盐水效果更好。

Comparative study on the effect of isotonic and hypotonic sodium chloride solution in prevention of CIN in patients undergoing cardio angioplasty
