| 摘 要： | 本文对３０例开胸手术病人随机分成两组，每组１５例，分别用依托咪 硫贲妥钠进行静脉全麻诱导观察两组静脉全麻药对意识，动脉血氧饱和度及循环系统的影响。结果表明依托咪酯明显优于硫贲妥钠，适用于开胸手术的诱导。

| Abstract: | cases of undergoing thoractomy were divided into two groups randomly(15 cases in each group).Etomidate was used in one group to introduce anesthesia,and thiothal sodium was used in another group for the same aim, the result shows:the effect of etomidate to conciousness, degree of blood oxygen saturation, circulatory system is better than that of thiothal sodium.Consequentyl, we may conclude that etomidate is more fitted in introducing anesthesia in thoractomy. |
