摘 要: | 目的:建立川藏香茶菜药材中主要活性成分熊果酸的定量方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Aglient XDB C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液,体积流量:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:210 nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL。结果:熊果酸在60-190μg的质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9995);平均回收率为94.50%,RSD%为1.53%。结论:所建立的方法简便快捷、准确,可用于川藏香茶菜的质量控制。

Abstract: | Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining ursolic acid in Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata C. Y. Wu. Methods: Use the HPLC method. Chromatographic column: Aglient XDB C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) , Mobile phase: methanol -0. 1% phosphoric, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength: 210 nm, Column temperature: 30 ℃,Sample size:10 μL.Results: The linear range of ursolic acid was 60-190 μg (r2=0.9995). The average recovery rate was 94.50%, and RSD% was 1.53%. Conclusion: This method we have built is simple, rapid and sensitive, and it can be used for the quality control of Rabdosia pseudoirrorata C. Y. Wu. |
