推拿对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后MAP-2和NF-M表达的影响

摘    要:目的:研究推拿对坐骨神经损伤大鼠运动功能及MAP-2、NF-M表达的影响。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、模型对照组、推拿组,建立坐骨神经损伤模型,通过按摩推拿手法模拟仪进行手法干预;观察各组大鼠斜板实验评分变化及L3-L5脊髓内MAP-2、NF-M表达情况。结果:模型组和模型对照组大鼠斜板实验评分低于正常组,NF-M、MAP-2积分光密度高于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);推拿组大鼠斜板实验评分、NF-M、MAP-2积分光密度均高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);推拿组大鼠斜板实验评分与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);与正常组比较,推拿组NF-M、MAP-2积分光密度升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:推拿可提高坐骨神经损伤大鼠MAP-2、NF-M表达,改善坐骨神经损伤大鼠的运动功能。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of massage on motor function and MAP-2, NF-M expression in rats with sciatic nerve injury. Method: The 40 rats are randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, model control group and massage group; then sciatic nerve injury model was established and the massage techniques simulator was applied for intervention of manipulating. The inclined plane test score and expression of MAP-2, NF-M in L3-L5 spinal cord were observed. Results: Comparing with the normal group, the inclined plane test score in model group and model control group was significantly lower and the expression of MAP-2, NF-M significantly increases, with statistical difference (P〈0.05); the inclined plane test score and expression of MAP-2, NF-M of massage group were higher than that of the model group, with statistical difference (P〈0.05); the expression of MAP-2, NF-M of massage group were higher than that of the normal group, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Massage can improve the expression of MAP-2 and NF-M, promote the recovery of axonal transport function and improve motor function in rats with sciatic nerve injury.
