慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者情绪变化及疏肝解郁法作用的研究

目的：探讨慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝郁证患者的情绪变化，观察疏肝解郁法治疗对患者情绪的影响。方法：将60例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别予疏肝理脾片、护肝片连续治疗12周。结果：两组在治疗后经症状自评量表评估，躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、精神病性均较治疗前下降（P〈0．01），治疗组抑郁、焦虑、敌对性均较治疗前下降（P〈0．01）；治疗组中医证候总有效率优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者存在一定的情绪障碍，疏肝解郁法能有效改善此类患者的临床症状，在改善情绪障碍尤其是抑郁、焦虑、敌对性方面有显著效果。

Study on the Change of Mood in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and Effect of Coursing the Liver and Resolving Depression on Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective： To explore the emotional characteristics of chronic hepatitis B patients with liver-qi stagnation and observe the effect of application of Coursing the Liver and Resolving Depression method of emotion. Methods： The 60 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, which were respectively treated with Shu-gan Li-pi tablet and Hu-gan tablet for 12 weeks. Results： Symptom checklist assessment, somatization, compulsion and interpersonal sensitivity psychotic were significantly decreased in the two groups （P〈0.01）, and depression, anxiety and hostility were significantly decreased in the treatment group （P〈0.01）. The total efficiency rate on TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chronic hepatitis B patients are with mood disorder in a cer- tain extent. Coursing the Liver and Resolving Depression method can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and mood disor- ders, especially on depression, anxiety and hostility aspects.
