中西医结合治疗肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的疗效。方法：将114例行一期根治术的肛周脓肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组57例。对照组采用手术常规治疗加高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,治疗组采用手术常规治疗结合自拟中药药液熏洗,治疗4周后比较两组临床疗效、疼痛、创面渗出、肉芽组织生长评分及创面愈合时间和愈合率等指标。结果：治疗组术后3 d、7 d和14 d渗液评分和VAS疼痛评分均显著低于治疗前和对照组治疗后评分（P〈0.05）;湖南组创面愈合时间为（14.6±3.9）d,显著短于对照组（17.2±4.3）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而治疗14 d后创面愈合率达到91.2%,显著高于对照组77.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：手术常规治疗结合中药熏洗可有效缓解肛周脓肿术后患者创面愈合疼痛,促进创面愈合。

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Combined with Western Medicine on Perianal Abscess Wound Healing after Operation

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on wound healing after operation of perianal abscess. Methods： The 114 cases with perianal abscess of therapy surgery were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 57 cases in each. Patients were treated with the traditional western medicine plus Potassium Permanganate solution bath treatment in control group, and Chinese herbal medicine fumigation combined with the conventional western medicine in treatment group. The pain, wound exudation, granulation tissue growth score and the wound healing time and healing rate of two groups were recorded and analyzed in 4 weeks. Results： The exudate scores and VAS pain scores in the treatment groups after 3 d, 7 d and 14 d treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）. The wound healing time was （14.60±3.91）d in treatment group, which was significantly shorter than the control group （17.25±4.35）d （P〈0.05）. While the wound healing rate of treatment group after 14 d treatment reached 91.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.2% （P〈0.05）.Conclusions： The traditional Chinese medicine and herbal fumigation could relieve the pain and promote wound healing in patients.
