病灶清除植骨结合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死临床观察

目的：观察病灶清除、打压植骨结合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法：选择股骨头坏死患者45例（52髋）,ARCO分期为Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期,给予病灶清除、打压植骨术,术后给予股骨头坏死愈胶囊口服,随访观察术后Harris评分及SF-12生活质量评分变化情况,进行疗效评价。结果：纳入研究的45例（52髋）患者均完成疗程,末次随访评价,优14髋,良26髋,可7髋,差5髋,有效率为90.4%。术后随访患者HHS评分和SF-12生活质量评分均提高,与术前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：病灶清除、打压植骨结合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死有较好疗效,能有效改善早期股骨头坏死患者患髋功能和生活质量。

Clinical Observation of Lesion Curettage,Bone Grafting Combined with Gugutouhuaisiyu Capsule for Early Stage Osteonecrosis of the Femeral Head

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of lesion curettage,bone grafting combined with Gugutouhuaisiyu capstde on early stage osteonecrosis of the femeral head. Methods： A total of 45 patients（52 hips） were ARCO stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and treated by lesion curettage, bone grafting combined with Gugutouhuaisiyu capsule orally. Then Harris Hip score and SF-12 life quality score was observed during follow-ups,to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results： All the 45 cases （52 hips） completed the treatment course. The results obtained were as follows： excellent 14 hips, good 26 hips, middle 7 hips, pool 5 hips, the effective rate was 90.4%. Compared with preoperative, the Harris Hip score and SF-12 life quality score at last follow-up were statistically improved （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The curative effect of lesion curettage and bone grafting combined with Gugntouhuaisiyu capsule in treating early stage osteonecrosis of the femeral is significant, and these measures can improve the hip function and the quality of life of the patients.
