湖南地区大学生亚健康状态危险因素分析及健康管理初探

目的：调查分析湖南地区大学生亚健康状态有关的危险因素,并制定相关的健康管理措施。方法：制定符合大学生人群特点的问卷调查表,以湖南地区亚健康状态的大学生为调查对象,采用横断面调查法,对湖南地区8所高校的907例亚健康状态的大学生进行现场问卷调查,并对湖南地区大学生亚健康状态危险因素进行分析,制定相应的健康管理措施。结果：湖南地区大学生亚健康状态的首要危险因素是入睡时间过晚及睡眠不足,此外还有体育运动的缺乏和家庭状况的影响。针对主要的危险因素提出相应的健康管理措施。结论：湖南地区大学生亚健康状态的危险因素具有一定特点,故应制定符合这一特点的健康管理措施。

Analysis on the Dangerous Factors of Sub-health Status and the Health Management among Hunan University Students

Objective： To survey and analyze the related dangerous factors of sub-heahh among Hunan university students, and to establish the corresponding measures of health managing. Methods： A questionnaires designed was based on the Characteristic of university students, and 907 sub-healthy students were selected from 8 universities to fill the questionnaires, then the dangerous factors of sub-health status were analyzed, to propose corresponding management measures. Results： The first dangerous factor of sub-health among university students in Hunan is sleep late and lack of sleep, as well as inadequate exercise and the family conditions. We established the corresponding measures of health management. Conclusion： The Dangerous Factors of Sub-health Status have certain characteristics among university students in Hunan. We have to establish corresponding measures of health management according to the characteristics.
