| 摘 要： | 目的:优选倍他环糊精包合跌打促愈片中挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以挥发油提取量为评价指标,优选其最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺为:A2B3C3D2,即饮片粉碎成粗粒,加10倍量水,浸泡2 h,提取3 h。结论:优选的提取工艺合理而可行,可用于跌打促愈片中挥发油的提取。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study optimum extraction process conditions for volatile oil in Diedacuyu Tablet. Methods： The L9 （34） orthogonal test was used on optimizing the best process to the quantity of volatile oil as the evaluation index. Results： The optimum preparation conditions for extraction were established as A2B3C3D2 decoction pieces crushed into coarse grain, soaking for 2 h, extracting for 3.0 h with 10 times amount of water. Conclusion： This process is reasonable and feasible, and can be used for the extract of the volatile oil from Diedacuyu Tablet. |
