活血化瘀法治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效观察

目的:探讨活血化瘀法治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:将72例类风湿性关节炎患者按照治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组采用活血化瘀法治疗,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察两组临床疗效、临床症状和体征以及相关实验室指标。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后晨僵时间、关节疼痛评分均下降(P0.05),握力明显提高(P0.05),且治疗组改善水平优于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和类风湿因子(RF)均下降(P0.05),且治疗组下降水平优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:采用活血化瘀法治疗类风湿性关节炎能够有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,缓解关节疼痛。

Therapeutic Effect of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis on Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective： To study the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on rheumatoid arthritis. Method： The 72 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected and divided into treatment and control groups, ac cording to the methods of treatment, 36 cases in each. Patients were treated by blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy in treatment group and conventional western medicine treatment in control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symp toms and signs, as well as relevant laboratories indicators were observed in two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; the morning stiffness time and joint pain score significantly decreased after treatment both in two groups （P〈0.05）, and grip strength significantly increased both in two groups （P〈0.05）; the improvement levels of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）; the erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and c-reactive protein （CRP） and rheumatoid factors （RF） decreased significantly after treatment both in two groups （P〈0.05）, and the decreased levels of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy can effectively improve the clinical symp-toms and signs and relieve joint pain.
