一期微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗双侧上尿路结石患者的护理

目的 探讨一期微创经皮肾镜取石术（PCNL）治疗双侧上尿路结石患者的护理措施及效果.方法 分析B超引导下一期微创PCNL术治疗双侧上尿路结石患者的临床资料及护理方法,术前常规护理,术后生命体征的监测、肾穿刺造瘘管、尿管、双J管的观察与护理、并发症的观察与护理,以及相应的出院指导.结果 本组病人均一期双侧成功行PCNL术,术后恢复良好,无严重并发症发生.结论 采用一期微创PCNL术治疗双侧上尿路结石,取石成功率高,病人创伤小,恢复快.护理过程中,术前做好常规护理,术后做好病情观察,注重管道护理及并发症的观察与护理,有利于手术成功和病人康复.

Nursing for patients those who suffered from bilateral upper urinary stones and received the treatment of percutaneous nephrolithotomy under primary minimally invasive

Objective To explore nursing measures and effects of nursing care intervention for patients those who suffered from bilateral upper urinary stones and received percutaneous nephrolithotomy under primary minimally invasive. Methods Analysis the clinical data and nursing method for patients those who suffered from bilateral upper urinary stones and received percutaneous nephrolithotomy under primary minimally invasive, the datas including the general preoperative care, monitoring of postoperative vital signs, the observation and nursing of the nephrostomy tube, ureter, Double J tube and complications, corresponding discharge guidance. Results All the patients accepted PCNLoperation successfully and recovered well, none serious complications occurred. Conclusions The application of percutaneous nephrolithotomy was effective for bilateral upper urinary stones, for it has the advantages of high success rate, small operation woundand rapid recovery. Well preoperative routine nursing, observe postoperative conditionsintensively, strengthening pipeline care, observation and nursing on complications, were helpful for operation and rehabilitation.
