透脓散应用于低位肛周脓肿术后创面恢复的疗效观察

目的：观察透脓散对低位肛周脓肿患者术后创面恢复的疗效。方法：回顾性分析了本院收治的132例低位肛周脓肿患者，随机分为A组（治疗组）与B组（对照组）。结果：A组总有效率与B组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。A组患者术后创面愈合时间与B组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。A组患者术后创面肉芽生长积分与B组在第5天和第15天比较，差异无统计学额意义（P〉0．05）；第10天创面肉芽生长积分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。A组患者术后第5天创面面积减小率与B组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；A组患者术后第10天和第15天创面面积减小率与B组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：透脓散能有效提高低位肛周脓肿患者术后创面恢复率。

Effect Evaluation of the Tounong Powder after on Wound Healing of Low Crissum Abscess Surgery

Objective： To observe the effect of Tounong Powder on wound healing of the low crissum abscess after surgery. Methods： The 132 cases with low crissum abscess were studied retrospectively in our Hospital. With reference to ran- dom number table, the patients were randomly divided into group A （treatment group） and group B （control group）. Results： The comparison of total effective rate between group A and B showed no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. The com- parison of wound healing time between group A and B showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The comparison of wound granulation growth points, in 5 and 15 days, between group A and B showed no statistically significant difference（P〉 0.05）; The comparison of wound granulation growth points in 10 days showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The comparison of wound area reduced rate, in 5 days, between group A and B showed no statistically significant difference（P〉 0.05）. The comparison of wound area reduced rate, in 10 days, between group A and B showed statistically significant differ- ence （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tounong poeder can effectively enhance wound recovery rate of low crissum abscess after surgery.
