| 摘 要： | 从高血压前期发生机制、辨证分型及证本质研究等方面对其证候研究进行综述,为高血压前期的中医药防治研究提供借鉴和依据。认为高血压前期是一种介于正常血压与高血压病之间的亚健康状态,是防治高血压的重要阶段,及早干预高血压前期可以大大降低高血压病的患病率从而减少心脑血管疾病风险,因而高血压前期逐渐成为近来研究的热点。

| Abstract: | This paper f reviews the syndrome research of pre hypertension from the pathogenesis of pre hypertension, syn- drome differentiation and syndrome essence studies, to provide reference and basis for Chinese Traditional Medicine study and treatment on pre hypertension. Pre hypertension is considered as a kind of condition in sub healthy state between normal blood pressure and hypertension, which is an important stage for the early prevention and treatment of hypertension. Early intervention on pre hypertension can greatly reduce the prevalence of hypertension, and then to reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cere- brovascular diseases; thus pre hypertension has become a research hotspot in recent years. |
