解毒化浊汤对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎湿热中阻证免疫功能的影响

目的：观察解毒化浊汤对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎湿热中阻证患者体液免疫及细胞免疫的影响。方法：收集中度慢性乙型病毒性肝炎湿热中阻证患者30例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各15例。对照组予西医常规护肝治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上予解毒化浊汤治疗。检测治疗前后IgM、IgG、IgA、C3、CD4＋、CD8＋。结果：对照组的各指标治疗后和治疗前比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组治疗后IgG、CD8＋有所下降（P〈0．05），补体C3、CD4＋升高（P〈0．05），其余指标变化差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组间差值比较，IgG、C3、CD4＋、CD8＋的差值比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），IgM、IgA的差值比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：解毒化浊汤能调节中度慢性乙型病毒性肝炎湿热中阻证患者的体液免疫及细胞免疫功能。

The Effect of Jiedu Huazhuo Remedy on Immune Function of CHB Patients with Damp-heat in Middle Energizer Syndrome

Objective： To observe the effect of Jiedu Huazhuo Remedy onimmune function of CHB patients with damp- heat in middle energizer syndrome. Methods： The 30 chronic hepatitis B （CHB） patients with damp-heat in middle energizer syndrome were randomly divided into the control and treatment group, 15 cases in each. The serum level of IgM,IgG, IgA, C3,CD4＋,and CD8＋ of all the patients were determined before and after the treatment. Results：No statistical significance was found in controll group before and after the treatment. In treatment group, IgG and CD8＋ decreased, while C3 and CD4＋ in- creased. There were significant differences in IgG, C3, CD4＋ and CD8＊ between two groups before and after treatment., while no differences in IgM and IgA. Conclusions： Jiedu huazhuo remedy may regulate the function of humoral immunity and cellu- lar immunity in moderate CHB inpatients with damp-heat in middle-jiao syndrome which also may be the intrinsical essence of clearing heat, detoxification and removing turbidites.
