冠状动脉疾病患者血清APN水平变化

摘    要:目的:观察在冠心病(CHD)和高血压时血清脂联素(APN)水平的变化,分析低APN血症在CHD发生发展中的可能机制。方法:采用ELISA检测血清APN含量,比较各组心血管疾病患者血清APN水平的变化。结果:①心肌梗死患者血清APN水平最低,明显低于心绞痛(P〈0.05)、高血压(P〈0.05)、动脉粥样硬化(P〈0.01)和其它疾病(P〈0.01)组;②心绞痛组明显低于其它疾病(P〈0.01)组,但与高血压、动脉粥样硬化组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05);③心肌梗死、心绞痛、高血压、动脉粥样硬化组患者血清APN水平均明显低于正常对照组,其它疾病组与正常对照组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:CHD和高血压患者血清APN水平与其血管病变密切相关,检测患者血清APN水平有助于观察冠状动脉疾病的病情变化。

Clinical Significance of Changes of Serum Adiponectin Levels in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical significance of serum adiponectin levels in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and essential hypertension,especially the mechanism of action of hypoadiponectinemia on development of coronary heart disease. Methods Serum adiponeotion levels were determined with ELISA in :① 37 patients with AMI ② 41 patients with angina pectoris ③ 37 patients with artherosclerosis ④ 49 patients with essential hypertension ⑤ 19 patients with other cardio-vascular diseases (valvular disease,cardiomyopathy) and ⑥ 31 controls. Results ①The serum levels of adiponectin were lower in patients with myocardial infarction (MI) than those in all other subjects studied (P0.05 or P0.01). ②The levels of adiponectin were significantly lower in angina pectoris patients than those in patients with other cardiovascular diseases (P0.01),but were not significantly different from those in patients with essential hypertension and atherosclerosis (P0.05). ③ The levels of adiponectin were significantly lower in patients with myocardial infarction,hypertension and atherosclerosis than those in controls,but there were no significant differences between the adiponectin levels of patients with other cardiovascular diseases and controls (P0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of adiponectin could the severity of disease process reflect in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension determination of which would be useful for clinical assessment.
