初诊2型糖尿病两种胰岛素治疗模式效果比较

目的探讨多次胰岛素注射法和胰岛素泵持续皮下胰岛素输注用于初诊2型糖尿病治疗临床效果。方法比较两组患者临床缓解率、血糖达标时间,治疗前后FPG、2hPG血糖指标。结果对照组和治疗组患者临床缓解率分别为30.0%,64.0%;而血糖达标时间分别为（7.1±1.4）天,（3.3±0.5）天;治疗组患者临床缓解率及血糖达标时间均明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著（P〈0.05）;对照组和治疗组患者治疗前FPG、2hPG等血糖指标组间比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）;两组患者治疗后FPG、2hPG等血糖指标较治疗前均明显改善,且改善程度组间比较无显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论胰岛素泵持续皮下胰岛素输注用于初诊2型糖尿病可有效改善临床症状,缩短疗程,血糖控制效果更佳。

Both the Two Kinds of type 2 Diabetes Insulin Treatment Mode Effect Comparison

Objective To study the multiple injections of insulin and insulin pump continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion was used for treatment of type 2 diabetes clinical effect.Methods To compare the two groups of patients with clinical remission rate , blood glucose control is at the time , FPG, 2 HPG glycemic index before and after the treatment.Results The control group and treatment group patients clinical remission rate was 30.0%, 64.0%;The blood glucose control is at the time （7.1 ±1.4） d, respectively, （3.3 ±0.5） d;The treatment group patients clinical remission rate , and blood glucose control is at the time were significantly better than the control group , the more significant difference be-tween groups （P〈0.05）;Control group and treatment group patients before treatment of FPG , 2HPG glycemic index be-tween groups was no significant difference （P〉0.05）;Two groups after treatment in patients with FPG , 2HPG glycemic index before treatment were obviously improved , and the degree of improvement between groups was no significant differ-ence （ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusions Insulin pump continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion for first diagnosis of type 2 dia-betes , which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms , shorten period of treatment , blood sugar control effect is bet-ter.
