| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乙型肝炎患者血清前S1抗原、e抗原的检测的临床应用。方法采用ELISA法检测113例HBV-DNA阳性乙型肝炎患者血清前S1抗原、e抗原的。结果前S1抗原与HBV-DNA的符合率为69.91%,e抗原与HBV-DNA的符合率为66.37%,前S1抗原与e抗原的合计阳性率为75.22%。结论前S1抗原、e抗原单独用于评价HBV在体内复制具有一定的局限性,联合使用检出率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the serum hepatitis b patients pre S1 antigen, e antigen detection of clinical applica-tion.Methods Using ELISA method to detect hepatitis b patients , 113 cases of HBV-DNA positive serum pre S1 anti-gen, e antigen.Results The former S1antigen and HBV-DNA coincidence rate was 69.91%, the accuracy of e anti-gen and HBV DNA-66.37%, pre S1 antigen and e antigen total positive rate was 75.22%.Conclusions Pre S1 anti-gen, e antigen alone for evaluation of HBV replication in the body has certain limitations , combined detection rate is higher. |
