| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨舒适护理在肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)术后患者中的应用效果.方法:将130例行TACE术患者随机分为实验组76例和对照组54例.实验组采取舒适护理,对照组仅给予常规护理.比较两组患者护理后的不舒适反应和对护理工作的满意度.结果:实验组患者腰酸背痛、恶心、排尿困难、失眠、腹痛等不适情况较对照组减轻(P＜0.01),实验组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:对TACE术后患者实施舒适护理,可显著增加患者的舒适度,提高生存质量.
