| 摘 要： | 本实验采用84型热塑夹板首次进行了缝合修复和关节外固定治疗急性边缘型半月板损伤的比较研究。实验用兔44只,每兔术后均将一侧膝关节固定于自然屈曲位6周。结果证明:单纯膝关节外固定的治疗效果最好,可作为首选的方法供临床治疗参考。

| Abstract: | Thermoplastic splint type 84 was used for the first time to immobilize rabbit legs with acute meniscus injury. One knee joint of each of 44 rabbits was immobilized with the splint in natural flexion position for 6 weeks.The splint is light, easy to mould and exchange, highly resistant to breaking and deformation.The immobilization was satisfactory with few complications. It is believed that the splint may be effectively used in clinics |
