家兔肢体缺血预处理后血清中IL-2含量的变化

目的　观察兔右后肢缺血预处理后血清中白细胞介素 - 2 (IL - 2 )含量的变化 ,探讨IL - 2与缺血预处理保护作用机理之间的关系。方法　取健康白兔 2 4只 ,分为缺血 /再灌注组、缺血预处理组和正常对照组三组 ,每组 8只 ,分别测定各组兔血清中IL - 2的含量。结果　缺血预处理组IL - 2含量高于缺血 /再灌注组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,缺血 /再灌注组低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,缺血预处理组与正常对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。结论　IL - 2可能参与了缺血预处理的内源性保护作用机理

Serum IL-2 changes in limbs of rabbits after ischemic preconditioning

Objective To investigate the serum interlukin-2 (IL-2) changes in right posterior limbs of rabbits after ischemic preconditioning and to study the relationship between IL-2 and the mechanism of the protective function of ischemic preconditioning. Methods 24 healthy white rabbits were allocated to an ischemic/reperfusion group (Group A, n=8), an ischemic preconditioning group (Group B, n=8) and a normal control group (Group C, n=8), in addition, the serum IL-2 of the rabbits in each group were determined, respectively. Results The IL-2 content in Group B was higher than that in Group A (P<0.01); it was lower in Group A than that in Group C (P<0.01); and there was no statistical difference between Group B and Group C (P>0.05). Conclusions IL-2 might have been involved in the endogenous protective function in ischemic preconditioning.
