正交试验法优化金银花中绿原酸的水提工艺

摘    要:目的优化金银花水提最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,优化水提金银花中绿原酸的工艺条件。结果水提金银花最佳条件为预浸泡8h,15倍溶剂,80℃下浸提1h,提取率为4.85%,影响因素的主次顺序为提取温度〉提取时间〉预浸泡时间〉溶剂倍数。结论该工艺条件简单、稳定、可行,绿原酸提取率可达5.57%。

Abstract:Objective To study the extracting process with water for chlorogenic acid of Lonicera Japonica Thumb. Methods Orthogonal experiment design was used to optimize the extract process of chlorogenic acid from Flos Lonicerae with water. Results The optimal conditions were:Sh of presoaking time, 15 times solvent 80℃ of extracting temperature and 1h of extracting time. 4. 85% of extract rateThe key effect of influencing factors on water extraction in turn was extracting temperature 〉 extracting time 〉 presoaking time 〉 solvent times. Conclusion The technological process is simple, steady and effective, the yield chlorogenic acid is 5. 57%.
