香豆素磺酰脲类化合物的合成及其降血糖活性研究

目的：寻找新型具有双重作用的降血糖药物。方法：运用拼合原理，以具有降血糖性的香豆素为母环，在其结构中引入磺酰脲基团并测定目标化合物对小鼠的降血糖效果。结果，结论：合成了21个香豆素磺酰脲类化合物（SU－1－21），所有目标化合物均未见文献报道，其结构经IR,^1HNMR和MS鉴定。初步药理实验表明：化合物SU－1，SU－8，SU－11，SU－12，SU－13，在2h和4h对正常小鼠都有明显的降血糖作用（P＜0．01）

Synthesis and Bioactivity of Coumarin-6-sulfonylureas

AIM The purpose is to search for new antidiabetic drugs. METHODS Sulfonylurea functional groups were introduced into the structure of coumarin, and the hypoglycemic activity of the target compounds was measured. RESULTS and CONCLUSION A series of coumarin 6 sulfonylureas(SU 1~21) were synthesized. Their structures were unreported and identified by IR, 1HNMR and MS spectra. The pharmacological study showed that SU 1,SU 8,SU 11,SU 12,SU 13 exhibited evident hypoglycemic activities ( P <0.01) at the dose of 50 \{mg/kg.\}
