头孢曲松钠联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

目的:探讨头孢曲松钠联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效.方法:选取2009年10月～2010年7月于我院儿科住院治疗的60例小儿支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为A、B两组各30例.A组采用头孢曲松钠联合痰热清注射液进行治疗,B组则单纯采用头孢曲松钠进行治疗,评价A、B两组的治疗效果.结果:A组总有效率96.7％,B组总有效率90.0％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=19.34,P＜0.05).A组发热、咳嗽和湿哆音改善的有效率分别是100％、93.3％和96.7％,均优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).两组不良反应均轻微.结论:头孢曲松钠联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎,疗效显著,可缩短病程,且不良反应轻微.

Clinical Observation on the Ceftriaxone Combined with Tanreqing Injection in Treating Bronchial Pneumonia

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Ceftriaxone sodium combined with Tanreqing injection for children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods: Sixty children with bronchial pneumonia(2009.10~ 2010.7) were randomly divided into group A and group B,which were either received Ceftriaxone sodium combined with Tanreqing injection or Ceftriaxone sodium alone.Results: The total effective rate of group A was 96.7%,while it was 90.0% of group B,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=19.34,P<0.05).In group A the effective rate of fever,cough and crackles were 100%,93.3% and 96.7% respectively,better than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).No widespread adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusions: Ceftriaxone sodium combined with Tanreqing injection was proved more effective than Ceftriaxone sodium alone for the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.
